The Green Intelligent Buildings Conference, put on by
Engineered Systems magazine, was held in April 2008 in Baltimore. Kevin Fuller, executive vice president of Interval
Data Systems, explained an approach to maintain an intelligent
building's performance once it is operating as it should. But
first, the talk examines the state of the industry to evaluate
just how often buildings are running as they should (virtually
never), and then shows a scorecard approach to continual
monitoring and measurement.
