As a follow-up to the
business
presentation of University of Arkansas' AMCA system
presented at CAPPA 2005, at
CAPPA
Technology 2006 we examined the technical and implementation
challenges of meeting the university's business objectives. We
were fortunate to have UAF's Assoc. Vice Chancellor, Mike
Johnson, provide a short recap of the business goals driving the
project. Then the presentation tackled issues ranging from
handling dozens of tariffs, managing all different begin/end
dates for different bills, how to get information to users that
isn't old and stale, and information needs.
