Iowa State University, an EnergyWitness user, was a finalist

Best Building category. Iowa State has deployed a
facilities operations data warehouse and business information
system that
currently includes 41 campus buildings. Their system integrates
75,000 points of HVAC operational data, various combinations of
smoke systems, electric meters and generators, domestic water
and sewage, fire/emergency systems, lighting systems, and space
planning data. With over 100 users of the system, Iowa State is
creating a more knowledgeable workforce that results in major
productivity and quality gains for the school.
